Telephone Mock Interviews
Our human resource and behavioural interview specialist will offer behavioural based interviews over the phone.
We also offer a mock interview with various types of questions including situational, behavioural and traditional type questions.
The process will work as follows, you will be asked a question, you will answer the question and then we would provide feedback and critique your answer.
The critique is the most important portion of the interview. The interviewer will give advice and guidance on what is an appropriate or what was not an appropriate answer. Also, the interviewer will advise on how to enhance an answer given. This part of the interview will be the most critical to you in your path to interview success.
The process will last 90 minutes.
It would be beneficial to have a recording device to record the proceedings.
